	The model development of the Agricultural local wisdom learnning Center: case study of the integrated agricultural training Center of Ban Nuanrang -Burapa
บทคัดย่อ
	The purposes of this research were 1) to study model and implication process of Local
Wisdom Leaning Center based on agriculturists’ needs 2) ) to study the problems and guidelines  for problem solutions in training program of Local Wisdom Leaning Center 3) to develop the  model of Local Wisdom Learning Center. Training Center of Mixed Agriculture at Ban Nonrang-Burapa was used to be the research area. The local wisdom on agriculture, Mr. Chantee  Pratoompa, was the head of the center. The target areas were 3 villages in Chumpuang, Nakornrachasrima Province, namely Mainonrang Village, Wangtongpattana Village and Samrong Village. The mixed-method research-quantitative and qualitative was conducted. The  data were collected by interviewing and group discussion. Then the data collected were analyzed and synthesized to make the data completed. Percentage, mean and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The participation research method was also conducted.
The findings revealed that :
1) The model and implication process of Local Wisdom Learning Center based on
agriculturists’ needs in 3 targeted villages on general needs was at the highest level that was the self-reliance on careers -Ban Mainonrang and Ban Samrong . While the needs of water sources for all year agriculture was Ban Wangtongpattana. The needs for pre-training was also at the  highest level. They needed the cooperation between the Center and Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives for supporting on training budget – Ban Mainonrang, Ban Wangtongpattana and  Ban Samrong. The needs for during training was the highest level. They needed training on  mixed agriculture such as planting rice, crops, fruits and so on –Ban Mainonrang, Ban Samrong.  While Ban Wangtong , the needs of improving land was at the highest level. The needs for post  traing-follow up and follow the guidlines was at the highest level- Ban Wangtongpattaya, Ban Samrong. While Ban Mainonrang needed the government section ,the the private section  and the foundation to support on budget.
2) The problems and guidlines for problem solutions in training program of Local  Wisdom Leaning Center was found that on different area should have different training course.  The knowledge they got should be appropriate for their area. The guest speakers should have the  knowledge about their area and serve their needs. The example of the problem in the area was  flooding area at Ban Samrongpattaya that caused the damage to their crops and the assistance did  not cover all of them- only 30% could get the assistance. To survey the needs and to publicize  the training courses should be done in order to get the interested agriculturists and serve their  needs.
3) The develop model of Local Wisdom Leaning Center, it was found that the trainees
at Ban Mainonrang were interested in 3 forests 4 benefits. The trainees at Ban Wangtongpattana were interested in doing bio-fertilizer to reduce the using of chemical and their expenses. They  also had food source all year round. While the trainees at Ban Samrong were interested in  organic rice, bio-fertilizer in order to increase their products in the area. To conclude the results  of the research were as follow:- the appropriate model for Ban Mainonrang was a sustainable  development model, Ban Wangtongpattana was a sufficiency development model and Ban  Samrong was a survival development model.
