There are 3 steps in conducting research: 1) Defining the elements of the Halal food industry logistics management model in small and medium industries by interviewing experts in animal slaughter management control of balal meat processing food business in small and medium industries, and academic agencies that provide Halal food certification. Analyze data by reducing data. Data display and establishing the requirements of the model. 2) Develop the model of logistics management for the Halal meat processing food industry in small and medium industries by questioning the Muslim consumer groups and analyze the data by analyzing the mean (X), Standard Deviation (S.D.) and focus group by the experts and 3) cvaluate the suitability of logistics management model of the Halal meat processing food industry in snall and medium industries by interviewing the experts in logistics, in small and medium Halal meat processing food industries, Halal food standards and the development of models and analyze the data by using frequency values as indicators. The research found that: 1. The components of the logistics management model of the Halal meat processing food in small and medium industries consists of 90 requirements, divided into 9 logistics requirements, 1) Demand forecasting and planning 2) Purchasing and Procurement 3) Logistics Communication and Order Processing 4) Transportation 5) Customer Service and Support 6) Reverse Logistics 7) Inventory Management 8) Warehousing and Storage and 9) Material Handling and Packing. 2. Develop the logistics management model for the Halal meat processing food industry in small and medium industries, the result of the questionnaire analysis shows that the logistic activities and the correct practices for the Halal processed beef in the current condition, in very high level has an average of 3.63 and the expected condition is very high. The average is equal to 3.94 and the suggestions from the experts in group discussions can be improved. To develop the logistics management model of the Halal meat processing food industry in small and medium industries to be completed which consists of 2 main parts: Part 1: Basic concepts for the development of the logistics management model for the Halal meat processing food in the sinall and medium industries consists of 1) Basic concepts of logistics management and 2) Basic concepts of management according to the Halal food quality standards and Part 2: Logistics management model for the Halal meat processing food in the small and medium industries consist of the main activities which are the upstream and downstream activities 3. Assessment of the appropriateness of the logistics management model for the Halal meat processing food industry in small and medium industries, the evaluation results of the suitability of experts in all 4 fields consist of 1) the completeness of the components of the Halal meat processing logistics management model. 2) Consistency of the components of The Halal meat food processing logistics management model in the small and medium industries 3) The relation of activities of the Halal meat processing food logistics management model in the small and medium industries and 4) Adopting the Halal meat processing food logistics management model in the small and medium industries into action, which the results of the assessment found that the Halal meat processing food logistics management model in small and medium industries is appropriate in all aspects.
