            "@value": "การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนมาริมบาสำหรับนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอนและนักศึกษาจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 20 ท่าน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis)\n\nผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนมีลักษณะสำคัญ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่  \n1) ด้านการเตรียมความพร้อม ผู้สอนจะวางแผนการสอนโดยคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างทางทักษะของผู้เรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ในขณะที่ผู้เรียนให้ความสำคัญกับการวอร์มอัพและฝึกซ้อมเทคนิคพื้นฐาน\n2) ด้านกลวิธีการสอน ผู้สอนเน้นการสอนแบบตัวต่อตัวเพื่อพัฒนาเทคนิคพื้นฐาน ส่วนผู้เรียนมองว่าบรรยากาศการเรียนที่ผ่อนคลายช่วยส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ได้ดี\n3) ด้านสื่อและแบบฝึกหัด มีการใช้สื่อผสมผสานทั้งเอกสารและสื่อออนไลน์ เช่น วิดีโอ เพื่อช่วยพัฒนาทักษะเฉพาะทาง\n4)ด้านการวัดผล ผู้สอนใช้เกณฑ์ประเมินที่หลากหลาย โดยให้ความสำคัญกับพัฒนาการของผู้เรียนเป็นหลัก\n5)  ด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรค ปัญหาหลักที่พบคือข้อจำกัดด้านเวลาในการฝึกซ้อมและจำนวนเครื่องดนตรีที่ไม่เพียงพอ ซึ่งมีแนวทางแก้ไขคือการจัดตารางเวลาที่ยืดหยุ่นและสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันระหว่างผู้สอนและผู้เรียน  ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้ นำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนารูปแบบการสอนที่ยืดหยุ่นและส่งเสริมการฝึกซ้อมที่มีคุณภาพ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนมาริมบาในระดับอุดมศึกษาต่อไป\n\nคำสำคัญ: การจัดการเรียนการสอน, มาริมบา, ระดับอุดมศึกษา"
