            "@value": "บทความนี้บอกเล่าเรื่องราวความสำคัญของ คลองวัดดอกไม้ หรือ ขนอนบางหลวง ซึ่งเคยเป็นเส้นทางคมนาคมทางน้ำสายหลักที่เชื่อมโยง ตระกูลบุนนาค เข้ากับวิถีชีวิตริมคลองบางหลวงและแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา พื้นที่บริเวณนี้มีความรุ่งเรืองอย่างมากในสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ตอนต้น โดยเป็นที่ตั้งของ จวนที่พักและวัดสำคัญ ของขุนนางระดับสูงหลายท่าน เส้นทางสายน้ำนี้มีความซับซ้อนและเชื่อมต่อกับคลองสายย่อยต่าง ๆ ที่ผ่านบ้านเรือนของ บุคคลสำคัญในประวัติศาสตร์ ตลอดจนสถานที่ราชการและชุมชนทางศาสนา ต่อมาเมื่อมีการตัด ถนนประชาธิปก และถนนเส้นอื่น ๆ เข้ามาแทนที่ ความสำคัญของลำคลองก็ค่อย ๆ ลดน้อยลงจนชื่อเรียกเดิมเริ่มเลือนหายไป ปัจจุบันร่องรอยของความเจริญในอดีตได้แปรสภาพเป็น ถนนและอาคารสมัยใหม่ ทิ้งไว้เพียงตำนานของย่านที่พักอาศัยที่เคยรุ่งเรืองที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในอดีตเท่านั้น"
