                        The objectives of this research were 1) to study current conditions, desired  conditions that enhance sustainable sports participation of undergraduate students, 2)  to develop good health educational management strategies for enhancing sustainable  sports participation of undergraduate students, and 3) to evaluate the feasibility and  adaptability of the strategies for enhancing sustainable sports participation of  undergraduate students. The sample group of this research consisted of 384 students  for questionnaires, 16 teachers and education administrators for interview, 12 experts  for focus group discussion, and 5 experts for strategies evaluation. The students were  sampled through stratified random sampling, while others were selected by purposive   sampling. The research instruments included questionnaires, interviews, SWOT and  TOWS matrices for strategy development, and evaluation form. The statistics used to  analyze the data were percentages, mean, standard deviations, Modified Priority Needs  Index (PNI modified), and content analysis. 
The results revealed the following: 1) The current conditions, desired conditions and factors supporting the enhancement of undergraduate students' sustainable sports participation were examined through eight dimensions: Education and Knowledge, Campus Environment, Health and Awareness, Living Habits, Time Management, Incentive and Club, Psychology and Stress and Family Influence, and all these aspects need to be developed. 2) The strategies for enhancing sustainable sports participation of undergraduate students consisted of visions, missions, goals, 10 strategies and measures, as follows: (1) Strategies for Collaborative Mechanism of Stakeholders, (2) Strategies for Construction of Incentive and Club Ecosystem, (3) Strategies for Improvement of Time Management, (4) Strategies for Establishment of Dynamic Risk Management System, (5) Strategies for Reconstruction of Family Support System, (6) Strategies for Regulation of Psychological Stress, (7) Strategies for Cultivation of Health Awareness, (8) Strategies for Innovation of Education and Knowledge System, (9) Strategies for Intervention in Living Habits, (10) Strategies for Optimization of Campus Environment. The adaptability and feasibility evaluation results of the strategies were in the highest and high levels, respectively.
