  • Guidelines for Improving Kindergarten Principal’s Professional Leadership in Family and Kindergarten Co-education in Hangzhou,China

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the components of kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten coeducation 2) to analyze the current situation of kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten co-education 3) to develop guidelines for improving kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten co-education 4) to evaluate guidelines for improving kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten co-education. The sample were 285 principals from the population of 1042 kindergarten principals in 8 representative districts of Hangzhou. Research instruments include: 1) content analysis, 2) questionnaire, 3) structured interview, and 4) evaluation form. Data analysis by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis The results were found that the components of kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten co-education includes four variables, idea resonance ability, professional support ability, organization and coordination ability and sustainable development ability. The current situation of kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten coeducation was that the highest was idea resonance ability, the second was sustainable development ability, the third was professional development ability and the lowest was organization and coordination ability. There were 43 guidelines for improving kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten coeducation in Hangzhou, China. The suitability and feasibility of guidelines for improving kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten coeducation in Hangzhou, China were at the highest level with values between 4.50 and 5.00, which mean the guidelines for improving kindergarten principal’s professional leadership in family and kindergarten co-education were suitability and feasibility.   • Guidelines for improving education management to in Guangdong universities

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current level of education management to internationalization in Guangdong universities 2) to develop guidelines for improving of education management to internationalization in Guangdong universities 3) t o evaluate the guidelines for improving education management to internationalization in Guangdong universities. The sample were 424 administrators involved in the education management to Internationalization from 10 universities which located in different cities in Guangdong. Research instruments: 1) questionnaire 2) structured interview and 3) evaluation form. Data analysis by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results were found that 1) the current situation of education management to internationalization in Guangdong universities in seven aspects was at a high level. 2) the guidelines for improving education management to internationalization was seven aspects, which contain 62 measures. There are 8 measures to enhance internationalized management mechanism, 6 measures to promote the financial support, 10 measures to improve the mobility of personnel, 10 measures to promote the educational cooperation, 10 measures to improve curriculum construction, 10 measures to enhance talent cultivation, and 8 measures to enhance brand building. 3) the suitability and feasibility of the purpose guidelines for education management to internationalization in Guangdong universities were at high level with.   • Guidelines for improving the teaching staff construction in application-oriented universities in Zhejiang

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation of the teaching staff construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented universities in Zhejiang. 2) to provide guidelines for improving the teaching staff construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ed ucation in application-oriented universities in Zhejiang. 3) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of guidelines for improving the teaching staff construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented universities in Zhejiang. The sample group of this research was 315 teachers and administrators from 7 applicationoriented universities in Zhejiang. The interview group was 12 teachers and administrators from above universities. The experts for evaluating the suitability and feasibility of strategies was 15 experts from application-oriented universities in Zhejiang. Research instruments included: 1) questionnaire, 2) interview forms, 3) evaluation form. Data analysis used percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results were found that: 1) the teaching staff construction level of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented universities in Zhejiang in five dimensions is at a relatively high level. But it also reflected some problems, and the level of the teaching staff construction among these dimensions needed to be balanced. Composition of the teaching staff was the highest, while teacher training was the lowest; 2) the guidelines for improving the teaching staff construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education were divided into five dimensions, which include 20 measures. There are 4 measures for optimizing the composition of the teaching staff, 4 measures for enhancing professional qualities of the teaching staff, 4 measures to improve management and assessment, 4 measures for promoting teacher training, and 4 measures for boosting supporting mechanism; and 3) the suitability and feasibility of the guidelines for improving the teaching staff construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in five dimensions wereat the high level.   • การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในการกาหนดนโยบายบริหารจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้ากรณีศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์

    การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษา เรื่องการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในการกำหนดนโยบายบริหารจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้า กรณีศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์ 2. เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้สมการพยากรณ์ ปริมาณการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์ และ 3. เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการกำหนดนโยบายบริหารจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้าในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าเมื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์ ปัจจัยจำนวนอาคาร จำนวน เครื่องปรับอากาศ จำนวนหลอดไฟฟ้า และ จำนวนนักศึกษา ส่งผลต่อค่าหน่วยการใช้ไฟฟ้า (kW/h) โดยมีค่า p-value < 0.05 และเมื่อประยุกต์ใช้กับสมการ 4 สมการ 1) สมการคาดคะเนแนวโน้ม (Trend P.) 2) สมการค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่แบบง่าย (SMA) 3) สมการเอกซ์โปเนนเชียลหนึ่งชั้นแบบปรับค่า (ARRSES) และ 4) สมการค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่ถ่วงน้ำหนักแบบเอกซ์โปเนนเชียล (EWMA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เมื่อทำการ ทดสอบสมการทางคณิตศาสตร์โดยนำข้อมูลรายเดือนมาเข้าสมการ EWMA มีความผิดพลาดน้อยที่สุด เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 15.20 รองลงมาเป็น สมการ ARRSES มีความผิดพลาดเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 18.15 สมการ Trend P. ความผิดพลาดเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 18.59 และ สมการ SMA ผิดพลาดเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 19.98 และเมื่อนำข้อมูล เฉลี่ยรายปีมาใช้กับสมการ พบว่าสมการ Trend P. จะมีความผิดพลาดน้อยที่สุดร้อยละ 6.40 ส่วนสมการ อื่นๆ มีความผิดพลาดมากกว่าร้อยละ 25 จึงสรุปได้ว่าสมการที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการพยากรณ์การใช้ไฟฟ้า ควรใช้สมการ Trend P. ร่วมกับข้อมูลรายปีและเมื่อนำปัจจัยร่วมกับสมการเพื่อทำการพัฒนาระบบ สารสนเทศสำหรับการกำหนดนโยบายบริหารจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์ผลการทดสอบความถูกต้องของฟังก์ชันทั้งหมดจำนวน 100 ครั้ง ผลการทำงานมีความถูกต้องทั้งหมด ร้อยละ 100 ผลการทดสอบการทำงานฟังก์ชันการพยากรณ์การทดสอบนี้เป็นการทดสอบหาค่าความถูกต้องเพื่อทดสอบการหาคำตอบระหว่างการใช้สมการคณิตศาสตร์ และโปรแกรมที่ทำงานอยู่บน Webapplication ทั้งหมด 100 ครั้ง ไม่พบค่าความผิดพลาดของโปรแกรม ผลมีความถูกต้องร้อยละ 100 และระบบสารสนเทศสามารถกำหนดนโยบายบริหารจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คำสำคัญ : พยากรณ์ปริมาณการใช้ไฟฟ้า , บริหารจัดการพลังงาน , การพยากรณ์อนุกรมเวลา, สมการแนวโน้มเชิงเส้น, ระบบสารสนเทศในการกำหนดนโยบายบริหารจัดการพลังงาน
  • Guidelines For Improving Professional Development Support System For Young Teachers Of Private Higher Education In Guangxi

    The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current situation of professional development support system for young teachers of private higher education in Guangxi, 2) to provide the guidelines for improving professional development support system for young teachers, and 3) toevaluate the guidelines for improving professional development support system for young teachers of private higher education. The sample group of this research were 313 young teachers from 6 private colleges and universities in Guangxi. There are 18 interviewees in this research. There are 15 experts in the evaluation group. The research tools include questionnaires, structured interviews, and evaluation forms. The statistical methods used for data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings show that the current situation level of professional development support system for young teachers of private higher education in Guangxi in five aspects was at a high level. The mean value of Students' learning outcomes is the highest, followed by Participants' use of new knowledge or skills, while Participants' reactions is the lowest. The researcher proposed the guidelines for improving professional development support system in five aspects, which include 47 measures. The suitability and feasibility of guidelines for improving professional development support system for young teachers of private higher education in Guangxi were at the highest level.   • Guidelines For The Effective Management Of Student Affairs In Undergraduate Universities In Guangxi

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation, 2) to develop guidelines, and 3) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of guidelines for effective management of student affairs in undergraduate universities in Guangxi. The sample was 265 student affairs administrators from 8 undergraduate universities in Guangxi. Research instruments included: 1) questionnaire, 2) structured interview, and 3) evaluation forms. Data analysis by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results found that: 1) the current situation of effective management of student affairs in undergraduate universities in Guangxi was at high level in four aspects. Considering the results of this research aspects ranged from the highest to lowest mean were as follow: the highest mean was party-building leadership, followed by team deployment, and support conditions was the lowest mean. 2) The guidelines for effective management of student affairs in four aspects, with a total of 42 measures: 1) Party-building leadership (12 measures), 2) Team deployment (10 measures), 3) Student participation (10 measures), and 4) Support conditions (10 measures). 3) The suitability and feasibility of guidelines for effective management of student affairs was at highest level.   • Guidelines For Academic Quality Management Of Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation of the academic quality management of Guangxi higher vocational colleges, 2) to formulate the guidelines for academic quality management of Guangxi higher vocational colleges, and 3) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of the guidelines for academic quality management of Guangxi higher vocational colleges. The population was 648 academic administrators from 10 of Guangxi higher vocational colleges. Research instruments included: 1) questionnaire, 2) structured interview, and 3) evaluation form. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results revealed that the current situation of academic quality management of Guangxi higher vocational colleges in five aspects was at a medium level. Considering the results of this research aspects ranged from the highest to the lowest mean were as follows: the highest mean was teaching basic conditions, followed by academic quality evaluation, teaching staff construction was the lowest mean. There were 44 guidelines for academic quality management of Guangxi higher vocational colleges in five aspects. The results about evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of guidelines for academic quality management of Guangxi higher vocational colleges was at highest level.   • Guidlines Of Education Administration Based On Agricultural Technology Innovation For Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to investigate the current situation of agricultural technology innovation-based education administration in Guangxi higher vocational colleges; 2) to propose guidelines for such administration; 3) to evaluate the proposed guidelines' suitability and feasibility. The study involved 418 research administrators from six agricultural higher vocational colleges in Guangxi. Research tools consisted of a questionnaire, structured interviews, and an evaluation form. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Results showed that the current situation of education administration based on agricultural technology innovation in Guangxi higher vocational colleges was at a medium level across six aspects. The highest mean was observed in demand for vocational and technical talents, followed by knowledge acquisition ability and income, while knowledge coupling and application abilities scored the lowest. A total of 48 guidelines were proposed. Evaluations indicated that both the suitability and feasibility of these guidelines were at the highest level.   • Strategy Development to improve Basic Educational Balance for Urban and Rural Education in Shaanxi Province

    The objectives of this research were 1) To investigate the current problems of Basic Education Balance for Urban and Rural Education in Shaanxi Province; 2) To develop a strategy to improve the Basic Education Balance for Urban and Rural in Shaanxi province; 3) To evaluate the adaptability, feasibility, effectiveness, and fairness of the balanced strategy of urban and rural basic education in Shaanxi Province. The sample group of this study was teachers engaged in urban and rural basic education in 10 prefecture level cities in Shaanxi Province, with a planned sample size of 175. They were obtained through systematic random sampling. The interview team consisted of 10 middle-level managers from in school education, and the experts evaluating adaptability and feasibility come from representative senior teaching managers of basic education schools in 5 prefecture level cities in Shaanxi Province, totaling 5 people. Experts evaluated the feasibility of the development strategy for urban and rural basic education in Shaanxi Province. The research instruments include: 1) questionnaires, 2) structured interviews, and 3) assessment forms. The frequency, percentage, mean value, standard deviation and content analysis were used in the article analysis. The results were found that: 1) The overall level of basic education in urban areas of Shaanxi Province is relatively higher than that in rural areas, including the emergence of a new binary system within cities in the process of urbanization, obstacles in the flow of educational production factors between urban and rural areas, and spatial mismatch of educational resources. The development of urban and rural basic education is uneven in many aspects such as teacher teaching performance, student quality, teacher teaching level, teacher allocation, teacher management ability, teacher teaching environment, and education funding. Rural basic education students go to cities for learning, but the number of rural basic education students is decreasing, resulting in many left behind children. 2) The guiding principles for improving the sustainable development of urban and rural basic education included strengthening teacher training, improving the quality of rural school students, enhancing teacher teaching level, strengthening teacher allocation, improving teacher management ability, improving teacher teaching environment, increasing rural teacher education funding, and other balanced strategies to promote the sustainable and balanced development of urban and rural basic education in Shaanxi Province. 3) By evaluating the adaptability and feasibility of this method in improving the balanced and sustainable development of urban and rural basic education in Shaanxi Province, it was found that the feasibility evaluation of the research results was at a high level.   • Guidelines For Improving Information Leadership Of Rural Primary Schools Principals In Guangxi

    The objectives of this research were to study the current situation, to develop guidelines, and to evaluate suitability and feasibility of guidelines of improving information leadership of Rural Primary Schools Principals in Guangxi. The sample group of this research included 484 Teachers or Vice Principals/ Principals from 241 Primary Schools in Guangxi. Research instruments included: 1) questionnaire, 2) structured interview, and 3) evaluation form. The data were analyzed by percentage, average value, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research results show that: The current situation of information leadership of rural primary schools principals in Guangxi in five aspects was at high level. Considering the results of this research aspects ranged from the highest to lowest mean were as follows: the highest mean was information literacy, followed by Information environment and resource construction ability, Information evaluate ability was the lowest mean. Guidelines for improving information leadership of rural primary schools principals in Guangxi included five aspects with a total 48 measures. There are: 1) Information literacy included 10 measures, 2) Information management ability 10 measures, 3) Information environment and resource construction ability included 8 measures, and 4) Information planning and design ability included 10 measures, 5) Information evaluate ability included 10 measures.
