  • Strategies for improving teacher’s work enthusiasm in public universities in guanxi

    The research objective were: 1) to study the current situation of teachers' work enthusiasm in public universities in Guangxi, 2) to develop the strategies for improving teachers' work enthusiasm in public universities in Guangxi, and 3) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of the strategies for improving teachers' work enthusiasm in public institutions universities in Guangxi. The sample group were educational managers, ordinary teachers and scholars studying educational management from six different types of universities, total of 378 people. Research instruments include questionnaires, interview forms, and evaluation forms. The statistics to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results were found that: 1) the current situation of teachers' work enthusiasm in five aspects was at high level. 2) Strategies for improving teachers' work enthusiasm in five aspects consisted of 40 measures. There are 11 measures for salary incentives, 9 measures for job promotion incentives, 8 measures for environmental factors and honor incentives, 6 measures for job stability incentives, and 6 measures for interpersonal relationships incentives. 3) The suitability and feasibility of strategies for improving teachers' work enthusiasm were at high level.   • Strategies for developing information leadership for principal of high school in Guangxi

    The objectives of this study were 1) To study the current situation of information leadership for principal of high school in Guangxi 2) To develop strategies for information leadership for principal of high school in Guangxi, and 3) To evaluate the suitablity and feasibility strategies for developing information leadership for principal of high school in Guangxi. The sample group of this study were 159 Guangxi high school principals, and the focus discussion group is 14 people. The instruments of this research include 1) Questionnaire survey, 2) focus group discussions, and 3) Statistical data for analyzing the data are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that 1) The current status of information leadership for principal of high school in Guangxi is high, 2) Strategies developing information leadership for principal of high school in Guangxi, which is divided into 5 aspects and contains a total of 40 measures. There are 5 strategies to promote vision, 12 strategies to promote leader characteristics, 8 strategies to promote environmental factors, 8 strategies to Developing teamwork ability, and 7 strategies to Elevate data-driven decision support, and 3) The suitability and feasibility of strategies for information leadership for developing principal of high school in Guangxi are at a high level.   • Development of Project-Based Learning Instructional Model to Promote Problem Solving Ability of Undergraduate Students

    The objectives of this research were to study the level of the effectiveness of talent introduction of universities in Guangxi, formulate the guidelines for improving the effectiveness of talent introduction of universities in Guangxi, and evaluate the suitability and feasibility of guidelines for improving the effectiveness of talent introduction of universities in Guangxi. The sample group of this research consisted of 269 administrators from the 8 universities in Guangxi. The interviewees in this research consisted of 16 administrators. The expert group for evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of guidelines consisted of 9 experts. The research instruments in this research consisted of questionnaire, structured interview and evaluation form. Data analysis by using percentage, Mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results were found that the level of the effectiveness of talent introduction in five aspects was at medium level, the highest mean was introduce modes and procedures, follow by scientific research resources, and assessment mechanism was the lowest mean. According to the current situation of effectiveness of talent introduction, the guidelines for improving the effectiveness of talent introduction in five aspects, which contain 33 measures. Finally, the results about evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of guidelines were at high level.   • Guidlines for Improving the Budget Performance Management of Public Universities in Guangdong

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation, 2) to develop guidelines, and 3) to evaluate suitability and feasibility of guidelines of student affairs management in applied undergraduate campus Guangxi universities. The sample group of this research included 254 student affairs administrators from 7 applied undergraduate universities in Guangxi. Research instruments included: 1) questionnaire, 2) structured interview, and 3) evaluation form. The data were analyzed by percentage, average value, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research results show that: The current situation of student affairs management in applied undergraduate campus Guangxi universities in four aspects was at high level. Considering the results of this research aspects ranged from the highest to lowest mean were as follows: the highest mean was employment guidance, followed by mental health education, and academic guidance was the lowest mean. Guidelines for student affairs management in applied undergraduate campus Guangxi universities included four aspects with a total 36 measures. There are: 1) mental health education included 10 measures, 2) grants management included 8 measures, 3) academic guidance included 10 measures, and 4) employment guidance included 8 measures.   • The Development of Training Course to Enhance the Career Planning Competency of Nursing Students

    The purposes of this study were 1) to develop of training course to enhance the career planning competency of nursing students and 2) to compare students' career planning competency, before and after the implementation. The simple group of this study consisted of 30 third-year with mixed abilities (strong, medium, and weak) nursing students of Wei fang Nursing Vocational College were sampled through random cluster. The research instruments included 1) training course based on information processing theory and 2) career planning competency test. The assessment questions aim to assess three sub-variables within the career planning competency including: 1) career pathways in nursing, 2) stress management and work-life balance, and 3) cultural competency and communication competency. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent sample. The results revealed the followings: 1. Training course to enhance the career planning competency of nursing students which consisted of 1) principle 2) objectives 3) contents and time 4) training methods 5) learning media/resources, and 6) Evaluation. The course evaluation results were at highest level. 2. Comparing of their career planning competency before and after implementation, the average score in pre-test evaluation was 80 of full score 120, and in post-test evaluation was 106 of full score 120. It was found that after learning was higher than before learning by statistically at the 0.01 level. That was consistent with the research hypothesis.   • Strategies for improving the effectiveness of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Guangxi universities

    The objectives of this research were to: 1) to analyze the current status of effectiveness of Sino-Foreign cooperative education in Guangxi universities, 2) to formulate strategies for improving the effectiveness of Sino-Foreign cooperative education in Guangxi universities, and 3) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of strategies for improving the effectiveness of Sino-Foreign cooperative education in Guangxi universities. The sample group included 242 administrators from 14 Guangxi universities that offer joint Sino-Foreign cooperative education. The research instruments involved: 1) questionnaire, 2) focus group discussion, and 3) evaluation form. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results were found that: 1) The current situation of effectiveness of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in Guangxi Universitiesi was at a high level. 2) The strategies for improving the effectiveness of Sino-Foreign cooperative education in Guangxi universities includes 5 aspects: 1) leadership skill and quality 6 measures, 2) management institutions and standards 8 measures, 3) management system and models 8 measures, 4) goal management and performance evaluation 8 measures, and 5) organizational culture and climate 7 measures. 3) The results of the suitability and feasible of the strategies were at the highest level.   • Guidelines for improving the academic leadership for middle-level administrators in public universities

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to studythe current situation of academic leadership of middle-level administrators in public universities in Guizhou, 2) to develop the guidelines for improving academic leadership of middle-level administrators in public universities in Guizhou, and 3) toevaluate the suitability and feasibility of guidelines for improving academic leadership of middle-level administrators in public universities in Guizhou. The sample group were 351 administrators from 10 public universities in Guizhou, and 20 people from 10 public universities in Guizhou were invited to be interviewed. Research instruments included: 1) questionnaire, 2) structured interview, and 3) evaluation form. data analysis by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results were found that 1) the current situation of academic leadership of middle-level administrators in public universities in Guizhou was at medium level, 2) the guidelines for improving the academic leadership of middle-level administrators in public universities in Guizhou was five aspects, which contain 48 measures. There are 11 measures to expanding academic vision, 11 measures to strengthening professional competence, 9 measures to strengthening management skills, 9 measures to strengthening the construction of organizational culture, 8 measures to exploring academic resources, and 3) the results about evaluation of suitability and feasibility of the guidelines for improving academic leadership of middle-level administrators in public universities in Guizhou were at high level.   • Development of a Sustainable Equity Strategy for Higher Vocational Education in Guangdong Province

    The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the current situation of equity in higher vocational education in Guangdong Province. 2) To develop a strategy for promoting equity in higher vocational education in Guangdong Province. 3) To evaluate the adaptability and feasibility of the strategy for promoting equity in higher vocational education in Guangdong Province. The sample group of this study includes 400 students from higher vocational colleges, five research tool evaluation experts, 12 participants in structured and focus group interviews, and five strategy evaluation experts. The research tools include questionnaires, structured interview forms, focus group interview forms, and strategy evaluation forms. Quantitative data were analyzed using statistical methods, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, along with content analysis. For qualitative data, analytical approaches such as literature review, 4M analysis, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, and TOWS analysis were employed. The data analysis results indicate that the Index of Congruence (IOC) of the questionnaire is ≥ 0.60, with Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.82 and 0.92 for the surveys. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure was 0.91. By combining the results of quantitative and qualitative analyses, the study identified political, economic, and social factors as the key determinants of equity in higher vocational education in Guangdong Province. Promotion strategies were developed across three dimensions-policy, economy, and society-including 11 major strategies and 56 specific measures, such as policy support, optimizing the resource allocation mechanism, strengthening industrial support and technical cooperation, enhancing social awareness, and fostering inter-school cooperation. The average values of strategy adaptability ranged from 4.00 to 4.80, while the feasibility evaluations averaged between 3.60 and 4.80. All strategies demonstrated high or very high adaptability and feasibility. These findings will contribute to improving the equity and efficiency of resource distribution in higher vocational education, guiding policymakers and institutions in strategic planning. Furthermore, they provide a robust reference for other regions aiming to address similar challenges and enhance equitable education systems.   • Guideline for improving student well-being based on student affairs management in public university in Guangxi

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation of student well-being based on student affairs management in public Universities in Guangxi, 2) to provide the guidelines for improving student well-being based on student affairs management in public universities in Guangxi, 3) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of guidelines for improving student well-being based on student affairs management in public universities in Guangxi. The sample were group of this research was 357 student affairs administrators from 11 public universities in Guangxi. Research instruments included: 1) questionnaire, 2) structured interview, and 3) evaluation form. data analysis by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results were found that: 1) The current situation of student well-being based on student affairs management in five aspects was at high level. 2) The guidelines for improving student well-being based on student affairs management in five aspects, which contain 39 measures. There are 8 measures for supporting learning guide, 8 measures for psychological counseling, 6 measures for campus activities, 8 measures for employment guidance, and 9 measures for dormitory management. 3) Guidelines for improving student well-being based on student affairs management are suitability and feasibility.   • Guidelines for improving mid-level administrators leadership of private undergraduate universities in Guangdong

    The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation of the mid-level administrators leadership of private undergraduate universities in Guangdong, 2) to develop the guidelines, 3) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of the guidelines. The sample group consisted of 210 mid-level administrators from 5 private undergraduate universities in Guangdong. The research instruments involved: 1) questionnaire, 2) structured interview, and 3) evaluation form. Data were analyzed as percentage, average value, standard deviation, and content analysis The results were found that the current of mid-level administrators leadership in private undergraduate universities in Guangdong is at a medium level. The results were from the highest to the lowest level were as following: the highest level was cultural leadership, followed by interpersonal leadership, and the lowest level of structural leadership. Guidelines for improving mid-level administrators leadership of private undergraduate universities in Guangdong include five aspects: 1) Structural Leadership, 2) Interpersonal Leadership, 3) Educational Leadership, 4) Cultural Leadership, and 5) Political Leadership, with a total of 5 guidelines and 25 measures. The applicability and feasibility evaluation results of the guidelines are the highest. It has a guiding role in promoting the mid-level administrators leadership of private undergraduate universities in Guangdong.     The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation of information leadership of middle-level administrators in public universities in Zhejiang, 2) to develop model for improving information leadership of middle-level administrators in publicuniversities in Zhejiang, and 3) to evaluate the adaptability and feasibility of model for improving information leadership of middle-level administrators in public universities in Zhejiang. The interviewees were 10 high-level administrators come from of 5 public universities. The evaluation administrators were 9 high-level administrators, The research instruments were document analysis, questionnaire, structured interview and evaluation form. The statistic to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results were found that 1) The current situation of information leadership of middle-level administrators in five aspects was at highlevel.The model for improving information leadership of middle-level administrators in five aspects, which contained 32 measures. 3) The suitability of model for improving information leadership of middlelevel administrators in high level.
